Dr Steven has been an integral part of the team since 2016 bringing with him more than 30 years experience. As a Graduate of the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1992, his curiosity and sense of adventure made him upskill internationally while continuing growing his knowledge, education, qualifications and training.
In 2008 he achieved his implant accreditation while being granted his membership by
The Australian Society of Implant Dentistry. He is a member of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, in particular The Implant Prosthetic Section.
In addition to this, Dr Steven has been a certified member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry demonstrating his excellence in the science and art of cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Steven’s passion lies in creating lifelong smiles by prioritising the health and aesthetic needs of every individual patient. His primary interests are Orthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry & Implantology and he prides himself in his integrity and sincerity in that he will identify the most optimal solution for every circumstance.
He does so using a combination of technologies like the 3D Cone Beam x-ray and 3D digital scanning to best develop your painless and revolutionary smile solution. From veneers, implants and crowns, Dr Steven, prioritises your needs without compromising your dental dreams all while ensuring your comfort and enjoyment.
He has been recently advancing his knowledge through a Post Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics with The OrthoEd Institute of Australia, providing his loyal patients with Advanced Orthodontic treatment.
In his spare time he enjoys time with his wife, kids, and their cats and dogs. He enjoys participating in a variety of sports including cycling, triathlon, walking, hiking, surfing, wakeboarding, watching rugby union and league.
